Pricing and Payment

If your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund promptly.

Warranty and Claims

Brumate provides a limited lifetime warranty on drinkware products against manufacturer defects. Cosmetic defects must be reported within 60 days of purchase for coverage.

The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts but does not include refunds.
This warranty excludes normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss of parts, misuse, or items purchased from unauthorized sellers.
To initiate a warranty claim, contact us through our website with your name, order information, a detailed description of the issue, and photographs of the product.
We aim to respond to warranty inquiries within one week.

Intellectual Property
